• Will Lannon

    Principal

Will Lannon grew up working alongside his father, Bill Lannon Sr., learning the ins and outs of the high-end residential construction industry. He’s worked at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Harvard Medical School, Weill Cornell Medicine, and Columbia University designing and programming cutting edge research laboratories. His expertise is working with design teams to ensure the spaces conceptualized by architects and engineers make sense for the end-users day to day operations. Finding a partner fluent in the language of all parties involved (architects, engineers, builders, and end-users) is a critical component of a successful build out.

Will started Lannon Builders Inc. to combine the skills he acquired working in higher education with the lessons he learned from his father to create a one-stop- shop for luxury and high-end clients looking to make their home improvement dreams a reality. He brought together a team of licensed trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters) under the Lannon Builders umbrella to provide personalized small-scale home improvement services for clients looking to come to one place for all of their needs.

Will serves as an industry expert on life science construction panels and consults for start up biotechnology companies. When not working, Will enjoys the outdoors, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and being a girl dad.

Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Purdue University, a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Louisiana Tech University, and active New York and New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor Licenses.
